Web7 Days to Die is an absolute disaster of a game. I cannot recommend it to anyone who values their time or money. Firstly, the graphics are horrendous. The textures are blurry and pixelated, and the environments look like they were created in a rush with no attention to detail. Secondly, the gameplay is boring and repetitive. WebUnfortunately, I have not found 7dtd to run "well" without making changes to my nvidia settings for the game. After building my new PC and a clean A16 install it ran absolutely horrible (like less than 60 fps). I had to mess with the nvidia settings through trial and error to get it to run relatively smooth.
