WebBuild them close to eachother, say like 4-8 foundations apart. They're far enough away that they won't mess up the placement of foundations and walls on eachother. THEN build a raft, motor or wood doesn't matter, and carefully glide it between the two platforms until it's where you want your bridge. WebS+ and super structures have better snap points on structures and stackable foundations. also allow clipping of structures into terrain. this helps a lot with building. mostly it sounds like you need a foundation or a pillar to help you build something where its calling for foundation support being too far away from the original platform.
