WebMonks are powerful and usually barehanded, but in FF3 they have knuckles. They hit hard, but can't equip heavy armors and are kind of glass cannons. Blue mages aren't in FF3, I don't think. In any case, they learn abilities by being hit with them. They start out weak, end up strong with powerful abilities.
