It means craft a fire spell from the elemancy menu and use the spell to blow up the barrels. You don't HAVE TO do this, btw. ahh I completely didn't see the CRAFT button there. WebYou will get armiger mode after u complete the main quest that takes you to the water fall.(you also need to have a total of 4 armiger). You cant activate armiger mode regardless how many royal arms you already have before completing the main quest. I had 5 royal arms before i did the quest.
