It is a nice reminder though that light from magic items may be magical too. I am not sure however if some spell call out that the light is magical while others do not. WebEver since moonbeam came out it's aoe has seemed really small. in 5e moonbeam has a 5ft radius, but in bg3 it seems to be more like 2ft radius. Cloud of daggers is meant to fill a ft cube, but it looks like it has a 5ft radius in bg3. ... In other words, like Flaming Sphere. Obviously, they can do that, since they already do it with Flaming ...
