Nourish provides opportunities for at-risk youth (aged 16–25) by mentoring and training students in a Certificate II in Kitchen Operations. WebThe program is supported by commercial kitchens that are OzHarvest donors and receives funding and recognition from state TAFES which award certification on completion.
